Organizational model and operations performance: a longitudinal study of Italian Judicial Courts

The study focuses on six Italian judicial courts that recently implemented a new organizational model based on the so-called "Ufficio Per il Processo" (UPP) and gathers qualitative and quantitative data over a two-year period (pre- and post-UPP). The research investigates the relationship between court clerks' organizational models and operations performance. The results indicate that the different types of organizational models are associated with improved performance when compared to the pre-implementation level depending on the cases’ congestion level the court has to deal with. Maģistra darba nosaukums ir “Super User” loma kā rīks Procesu vadības brieduma attīstībai – Pētījums uzņēmumā ‘Cabot Latvia’”. The title of the Master Thesis is „The “Super User” role as a tool to progress in maturity in Business Process Management – a Study Case of Cabot Latvia”. Darba mērķis ir noteikt, kā atšķiras uzņēmuma «Cabot Latvia» briedums Procesu vadībā novērtētās nodaļās. Darbs nosaka, vai Super User darbs pozitīvi ietekmē nodaļas izaugsmi Procesu vadības briedumā – un tādējādi veicinot to arī visā uznēmumā.
